We also have a registered dietitian on staff who can create custom meal plans, provide shopping lists and recipes. Remember only a registered dietitian can provide meal plans by law.
Also your assessment and sessions can be done virtual and we can let you borrow equipment. Our registered dietitian provides her services via virtual and email.
