Memorial Day Parade 2017 – May 29

The Annual Memorial Day Parade is schedule for Monday, May 29, 2017 beginning at 10:00 AM. The parade route will remain the same as in past years. The parade will begin on Lower Spring Street at the train station; proceed up Spring Street to Moran Street, then down to Memory Park where a Memorial service will be held. Floats and vehicles such as antique cars are welcome to participate.

The Memorial Day Service will follow the parade at 11:00 AM at Memory Park.

All marchers should arrive between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM at the Lower Spring Street staging area. Be advised that the staging area will be blocked off to vehicular traffic except for floats. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT FLOATS MUST ARRIVE BY 8:30 AM. Lower Spring Street will be open for you to drop off but you will not be allowed to park your cars there. All vehicles can park at any of the municipal lots in town free of charge.
